Cedric is a three-time Emmy Award–winning Director and Producer and Cannes 2022 Best Emerging Director, celebrated for his dynamic storytelling and cinematic precision. Known for seamlessly blending artistry with entertainment, Cedric has established himself as a creative force across film, television, and theatre.

In 2005, he founded To & Fro Productions, a powerhouse known for producing emotionally charged, visually striking narratives. As Executive Producer, Cedric oversees every detail — from script development and casting to direction and final cut — driving the company’s mission to tell unforgettable stories with sophistication and heart. Under his leadership, To & Fro Productions has built an impressive catalog of award-winning films, shorts, and stage productions, earning recognition from audiences and critics alike.

His latest project, the feature documentary FILTERED, showcases Cedric’s flair for cinematic storytelling as both Director and Producer. He has collaborated with some of the industry’s finest talents, including Maggie Reed, Marcia Gay Harden, and Sutton Foster, with his works featured at The Public Theater, NJPAC, and The Marjorie S. Deane Little Theater.

A member of The Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC), Cedric continues to elevate the art of storytelling — creating films and performances that captivate, inspire, and endure.
